Ticketing Policy


Once you have completed your booking in our secure environment, you will be provided with a confirmation form as part of your on-line process. Please print this out, as it will act as your receipt and/or reference number. In addition to this an e-mail contain all of the relevant information will be sent to the address provided by you. Below are the various ticket delivery documentation options available to you.

Charter Flights
As a general rule when your departure date is within 14 days from date of booking, all ticket documentation must be picked up at your departure city airport, at the Tour operator ( indicated on your confirmation ) ticket counter no less than 3 hours prior to your scheduled departure time. Please present your confirmation from your on-line booking when picking up your documents. Although not required it can speed up the process. This applies to most Airline tickets issued for flights on charter air carriers such as SkyService, Air Transat, My Travel Airways, Thomas Cook Airlines, etc. through Tour Operators such as Sunquest Vacations, Alba Tours, Signature Vacations, and Air Transat Holidays etc.... Our agents will provide you with the specifics.

Electronic Tickets
Most of the airlines that we deal with have the ability to process e-tickets. However due to the complexities surrounding e-ticketing, one of our agents will contact you and advise as to whether or not your airline ticket qualifies as an e-ticket. Generally, e-tickets are only accepted for flights within North America. However, some exceptions do apply. Having said that, if e-ticketing is available from the airline with which you have booked it is an option that may be available to you and we will notify you by e-mail or phone and provide you with the details.

One of our professional agents will contact you by phone or e-mail to discuss the ticket delivery option preference indicated by you in the on-line process.

The choices indicated are:
1. Pick up your tickets at the Airport: This option is mandatory for all Charter flight bookings made within 14 days of departure. Tour operator imposed fees may apply for departures originating outside of Canada and are payable locally.
2. E-Tickets: We cannot guarantee that the air carrier with whom you are booked processes e-tickets and or may not do so for flights to your chosen destination. However, please make choose this option as your preferred option and one of our agents will contact you to discuss the details
3. Office Pick up: This option is available for Charter Flight package documents if the booking has been processed no less than 21 days prior to departure. All other Airline Tickets are available for office pick up unless e-tickets have been mandated by the Airline with whom you are booked. Choose this as your prefer option and one of our agents will contact you to discuss the details. For information on the customer, care location assigned to your booking, please click on the "Customer Care Location" on the booking form.
4. Courier: When possible tickets can be sent by overnight courier service to the address specified in the on-line process. The following charges will apply and will appear on your credit card as a separate charge.

  • Within GTA: $15CAD,
  • Within Ontario: $20CAD,
  • Rest of Canada: $25CAD,
  • USA: $30.00CAD but may vary by state.

Thomas Cook Insurance

Q: My child is travelling with me. Do I need to buy separate coverage for her?

A: Children under the age of 2 years of aga are at NO EXTRA CHARGE. This is available for All-Inclusive and Non Medical Insurance Plans. If your child is aged two or older, you'll need to purchase emergency medical coverage for your child. Also, if you have purchased a ticket for your child, remember to you should consider buying extra coverage to protect you in the event of cancellation or interruption of your trip.
